Over $8K for a 95 T-bird?

Anyone else think that this is way too much for this car?

it does appear to be in extraordinarily great shape, and I love that pearl white color. The stance is really mean looking. But 8300 is too much IMO. Also, I actually tend to shy away from pre-owned modified cars because while some people do clean installations of things, others do very ghetto and jerry rigged installations. After seeing what my roommate went through with buying a pre-modified VW Corrado, all the wiring he had to redo, the front struts had the wrong bearings, the rear spring perches were rubbing on the tires, etc. I'd rather start fresh than buy pre-modded. Especially when the premodded costs that much more.

Yeah, it's a nice looking car. But it has very simple mods. Nothing that stands out.

the wiring for the subs and the stereo could have been done poorly. The suspension could also have been done poorly or using cheap springs. You just dont know what you're getting into with modded cars until you buy them and tear them apart to see.

The 95 Thunderbird is a very sought after car as this is the first year that Ford debuted the new design featuring a wider and longer body style with a street wise lowered look.
That's gotta be it! And you all are wondering and scratching your heads why it's so expensive.

Jim

Soooo, since my 94 is an exact match to my 95, does that mean my title for my 94 is wrong and its actually a 95? My 10/93 build date must be off too then....

So, are the 6 people who bid on it real? I'd sell my car for $8k if someone was willing to pay that much for it.

Night was dark, but the sky was blue,
Down the alley, the ice-wagon flew,
Heard a bump, and somebody screamed,
You should have heard just what I seen.

Who do you love?

I'll wait until the final seconds and bid because what sets it off is the ford sticker by the door handle. Now that's kustom with a "K"

I'd give 'em $2500 and that's probably $500 too much.
