coo... bit pricey.. but sweet

most important.. take it on test drive and make sure air suspension is fully extened (car up high) and park it so they don't need to move it.. then turn car off

let them do numbers, etc... but before you sign anything, go out and check to see if the car sagged at all.. if it did... then the air ride leaks.. and run away fast

price is about right, maybe a few hundred over from the normal I've seen. But, the air bag suspension problem isnt THAT bad. It may be one of the biggest problems with those cars, but not the worst.

How will the car sag? It looked fine when we got to the lot and after I test drove it. The computer that monitors everything showed no problems with the suspension. They are going to see if I can get financed ( I have s***y credit), if I can then I will decide if I really want it. Of all the ones I have looked at this is the second highest priced, one of the lowest as far as mileage. And it does come with a warranty, 4 month 4 thousand miles, which is not much but it does have an extended warranty available. I used to have a '97 3.8 Bird and got rid of it for my truck but now I want to get back into something a little nicer with more power. My Bird could barely get out of its own way.

make sure the bags are full (lifted)

if the system has leaks, it won't be fully filled anymore...

too much money, too many miles.

Autotrader.com you can get some sick deals. Just search around for a 97-98 then call the guy and see how much they can go down on it.

Beleive it or not, these cars have very little demand here on the east coast or anywhere it snows. You can find them for very cheap and dealers just waiting to unload them because they just sit on the lot.

Two plus's for the mark8 fan.

Damn I want a mark8 now. Now i'm looking lol.
