Bolt Pattern?

Does anybody know what the bolt pattern and offset on a 2000 Dodge caravan would be. I've got the wheels turning on an idea, but I don't know if it would be possible. If anyone could help, I'd appreciate it.

I think it's 5 on 4 1/4 but not sure. Dont know on the spacing. Just measure two studs leaving one in the middle.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's 5 x 4.5.

It's got a high positive offset. (typically +45, 40, 35 offset)

It's an MN-12 thing... you wouldn't understand.

Cowboys still do ride horses. Only today it's not just one at a time.
It's 454, each one alive, penned in 8 cylinders. Eating asphalt. Kicking dust.

I got to looking at my mom's minivan, and I really like the look of the rims. I thought I might try them out if they'd fit. They are these:

Just wanting something different I guess.
