We had someone do something like that here on campus. The company responded by telemarketing all the res halls.

Personally, I shed mine or burn it.

I've got a used 302 engine block that I'm looking to get rid of. I wonder how much they'll enjoy paying freight charges on a 200 lb. motor.

The USPS says that you can use a postage-paid envelope attached to any object or package (no dead animals, bombs, etc.) as long as it weighs no more than 72 lbs.
I think a 302 block weighs a little more than 72 pounds.

Mail & mailings are what I used to do for a living

Business Reply Mail has rules and regulations. If the BRM is an envelope the mail piece must say Business Reply Envelope. If it's a card, the mail piece must say Business Reply Card. If it's a carton box etc, it must say Business Reply Label.

More than likely, the Post Office will discard items such as described here.

Go White Sox.

I like stuffing the reply envelopes with other company's junk mail and vise versa. MCI gets a letter back opens it, and finds an AT&T application.
