Paypal E-mail - Is this Real or a Fraud?

I just got this e-mail today and I don't know whether I should click the link and log in. It seems a little odd, should I call up Paypal and ask about this before hand?

I didn't click the link in the e-mail, I went directly to paypal.com and logged in and I don't see anything abnormal. What was odd is that I tried to use my debit card this morning to take out money, and both times it woudln't let me, when I know I have money in there. Thats why I though getting an e-mail from Paypal was a little odd.

Here is the address that was in the e-mail: http://www.mm-k.ru/repair/.secure/us/cgi-bin/

Thanks for the quick responses guys.

Ignore it, it is bogus. I got one of those and never responded to it.

I do periodically check my Paypal account to make sure everything is OK.

Most of the time the message will say something like "A new name has been added to your paypal account." I've noticed that it tends to happen on the following day after I process a transaction through paypal.

Umm you have it backwards. You want it to have the S as that stands for secure. As in 128 bit encrypted secure. If your ever asked to give out personal info and there is no S walk away.

also, paypal always refers to you by full name in their emails. the fake emails do not. they generally refer to you as paypal customer.
