OK Fayetteville NC Drag Strip Fri. 6 22-12

As I found out last weekend Fayetteville's Test and tune has been moved to Friday nights. Except the first Friday of every month is freaky Friday. We installed the new 4,200 stall in the Gold 93, put on new 26 - 11.5 - 17 M/T Street ET tires in the back, changed the oil (Royal Purple). Feels stronger, but will see. So we are going to take the Gold 93 and the Black 98 LSC (stock). Please come join us or wish us luck.

93 Mark VIII - Vortech S/C 8psi, Kooks headers, 3800 stall, DD valve body, 4:10 gears w/trac-loc, 2 1/2 true duals with a Magnaflow X-pipe resonator, Electric Water Pump, Meth Injection, 17 in Cobra R wheels. I hate to see you leave the Carolinas but I understand. I hope we can meet again some day.

Thank you, But it already had Royal Purple in it. Also while the back tires were off we put the cross drilled and slotted rotors with ceramic pad on the back. Also while it was up I cleaned it up underneath and applied rust converter were needed. Dyed my hands Black

Wow what a response lol. Sorry to jack your thread Don, but I will make this the last one bud I promise.

Ron, I really do hope life brings me to a point eventually that I can travel a bit and make some events with "Midnight"

Don, I did not sell her yet, but I did just reduce the price to $1,500 so I expect her to sell soon, I hate to let her go that cheaply but due to the situation I have to.

Rick, Pasco county area, not really sure exactly where yet.

Don, I hope that your car runs really well, I think she will for sure.

Good luck guys and I hope to be back on the boards ASAP I will keep you all posted as best I can. The bad part is that all of this fighting to get to FL is just to have a bitter fight when I get there (not by my choice).

I'm thinking if I don't sell the car by tomorrow night, I will bring her down there to try and sell her. I won't be running it, but it's worth a shot since I need to try anything to get her sold quickly.

Well the track got rained out. I spent 2 days cleaning the Mark up. I washed it, buffed it, and waxed it. So today I took some pictures as it is looking its best. It just has the ugly light weights on the front. http://www.lincolnvscadillac.com/showthread.php?t=83890
