Where do I start??









where do I start to work on my race car??





To Do list:
Engine, rebuild, update, install
Trany: change filter, install
rear: swap pumpkin, install
Exhaust: build & repair.
Repair front radiator support
Install new radiator
Build nose mounts & air reflector.
install racing gas pedal and linkage(rule change)
new upper shock mounts(rule change)
Repair body parts & paint. Color?? then Vinyl
New Lexon windshield.

Well actually there are 2 cars in there.

The one on the right is the one I (we) are building.

THe one on the left is to replace the other one.
to be on track for the 2008 season.

The list for the right car is alot longer!

I think the two starting points should be the engine & the chassis.

Engine:
stock rebuild, upgrade cam & valve springs + D0oe heads.
(as long as it don't exceed 9.5 compression)rule thing.
1986 truck engine. (came with 4bbl. intake)
I must use a 2bbl. iron intake & carb.

Chassis:
Gas pedal & shock upper mount.(SATURN5)

cylinders



Well I honed the cylinders today.
left them oiled so they don't rust.
