Cool Sherwood,Oregon Cruisin' and car show

I plan to attend the 18th annual Cruisin Sherwood Classic and Custom car show on June 14th, I may be entering my 1996 cougar in the underconstruction category.

I would like to see if anyone else from the boards might be showing up, they allow car clubs to join in the show and will allow parking together, but the club must show up together. Also preregistering is until 5/31/08 for the price of $20 and registering the day of the even is $25. They estimate over 650 cars, burnout comp., engine blow, and car bash.

The website for the show is www.cruisinsherwood.com

bump

I know I am not the only person on the board from the Portland,Oregon and Southwest washington area, plus I have never been a member of any car club or group, but would like to meet the other people on this board in my area.

I was thinking that it fell on the same weekend as the All Ford show in Hillsboro but it looks like the one you mentioned is the next weekend after.

Go Back to where you were!

I used to do 4-5 shows a year but now I only do one or two.
It takes me a whole day of detailing prior to a show and even then I feel like my cars dirty compared to most of the Trailer Queens that dominate most shows.

I enjoy the shows but I like the Cruise-Ins better since I can just roll in without a day of detailing without feeling like my cars filthy.
