2018 Hot Rod Power Tour

Who's going? I'll be attempting the Long Haul in the Marauder.

On the 2014 HRPT, I remember a big group of T-birds and Cougars running together all week. I'm assuming they were members here, yeah?

Third: 1997 Dodge Ram 1500, thirsty daily.

Fourth: 1990 Tbird SC, GT40 5.0 mated to m5r2, BBK long tubes, motor out the hood, drift car.

I'll meet you at the finish line at Zmax. I *may* also make it to Raleigh and Darlington, SC before that. I'll have a better idea as to what I can do as the date gets closer.

I think the Tbird group that you're thinking of is over at SCCoA (The Super Coup Club). There's a lot of talk about it over there.

See this thread for details: 2018 HRPT June 9-15

There's also the Epic Drive that you might consider joining us for. That one is all Tbirds.

Mods? Yea, I got mods ...
Air silencer delete, warp drive, dilithium crystals, flux capacitor, Slingshot Rubber band power adder, Moonshine & Gas, Leaf Blower Supercharger, Hamster Wheel & Hamster, Energizer Bunny generating 1.21 gigawatts, Mr. Fusion® Home Energy Reactor, hover conversion and a sextant celestial navigation system (The original GPS)
Best 1/4: 1,320 nanoseconds @ 670,616,629.2 miles per hour

See a list of my real mods and pictures of my car HERE. The true performance of my car was made possible by the Carolinas Crew Chief, RobertP at Rob's Tire & Auto

Look for a black Marauder with Ohio vanity tags that honor the world's best cop...

It sounds really cool, but Power Tour has my vacation budget wiped and, unfortunately, I don't yet own a T-bird.

Yep, made that in conjunction with the hood. I could make another, but it's not likely to be a direct fit on another car. It attaches to a two piece mount which secures it to the driverside cylinder head.

Made a couple of spun aluminum gauge pods for it, too, to tidy up the back side.
