T-bird/Cougar shootout from Muscle Mustangs and fast Fords (TBA)

In the Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords magazine this month they got mail from a person that has a thubderbird saying that it would be nice to have a thunderbird/cougar vs. mustang shootout He says how there are some fast cars from tccoa, sccoa. foxbirdcougarforums and cougar nuts. In response the editor said for anyoone with a fast cougar or t-bird to Email him at [email protected]. so whoevers interest please do.

sent them an email stating that they should do it because mustangs arent the only fast fords.... and it begins...

All the MM&FF shootouts are run at Englishtown, NJ. Your car must be NHRA legal and look good. I was at the SC shootout they had. They invited TC's also but all the TC's were dropped. This is by invite only and no one that isn't invited will be allowed at the track. All results will be kept confidential until the article comes out or it will not print.

I entered my TC so I hope to see some of you there if I'm lucky enough to be selected..

We're still planning on holding this shootout in November. If you haven't applied, please do so and include extensive info about you and your car. We could use some fast Supercoupes, as well as more TCs and other Thunderbird/Cougars.

Yes it's true we have postponed the event to the spring. We plan to include all of those selected, as well as take new applications for people who didn't hear about it in time, or those whose cars were down at the time. We'll be back here posting the new date, and will have additional information in the Horse's Mouth news column.
