National Park, NJ Parade/Car Show 25 June 06

Is anyone going to attend the National Park, NJ Annual Parade and Car Show on 25 June?

I’ll be driving my 73 Cougar Convertible up there and driving in the parade and entering the car show.

I’m pretty sure all cars are invited and I was just wondering if anyone else was going to be there.

I think the car show draws in about 100 cars more or less. It's National Park's Independence Day Parade.

My Dad gave me this car and he always wanted to put it in the parade and car show. He never got it completely finished before he gave it to me, so I still feel like it is technically his car. So whatever he wants me to do with it, I will.

I sort of can't really say, "Sorry, Pops you're out of luck.... Thanks for the free car..."

But I'm not looking forward to two 14 hour drives, with no A/C, at the end of June, with no overdrive on an 1800 mile round trip getting 15 mpg…

PRAY for good weather!!!

"National Park". That is the name of the city. It is a small town just across the river from Philly.
