Thinking about Nitrous

Hey guys, I was considering this kit for my '97 4.6.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...480751695&rd=1

I have 52,000 miles on my motor so I figured I can spray a little. I was wondering were would be a spot to put the jets and if I need anything else besides a few more electrical things. I have a extra stock throttle body, I was going to drill a hole and mount it right in front of the throttle plate, is this ok? I wasn't planning on going over a 75 shot.

You can go over a 75 shot no problem, but you need some more stuff to make it safe, even for a 75 shot. Window switch is a damn good idea, unless you want to use a button, even then still not the safest. Also you should ge a heater and a pressure gauge, otherwise it will be hard to get the full use out of your system.

Just put the nozzle in your intake tune before the throttle body, that's what I would do atleast. If you do go over a 75 shot, you should get a new fuel pump, like a 255lph one.

Looks like you may need some manifolds, some relays etc....
All in all if you are looking to run a 75 shot safely and don't buy a pump, probably aruond $250 in add-ons, maybe $300. Windows switch like mine costs $55 shipped (fully adjustable), gauge $40 I think, heater $159.99, then relays etc....
I do have some extra manifolds though.
