what plugs to run with no2

i am told to run about 2 ranges colder than stock, is this true. if so does anyone have a number for a motorcraft plug that i would need.

the plug numbers have been posted before, do a search and it will bring up the part numbers. i dont know about running two steps colder though.

I'm running 22c's one step colder with mine. 75 shot, no pinging, etc with 93 oct or even 92 at times

12c's with a fairly large shot
22c's should be ok for 50-75

Make sure to retard the timing, run high octane

sorry guys i and found what i was looking for. one last question. will a 22c plug will work alright with the chip setting i have when not using no2, when im crusing around town.
