Need help finding idler pulley...

I have been trying for weeks to find a Vortech dealer that has the pulley I need, but today a Vortech tech guy said that they don't make the pulley that's on my car. The car has an 8 rib setup, and the pulley is a smooth, 1 1/4" wide, 1 5/8" diameter idler pulley. Vortech says the only 8 rib idler pulleys they have are at least 3" in diameter. And the tech said that their 6 rib pulleys are only 1" wide.
I also tried Dayco, but they have nothing that fits the description. UPR is no help either, as they have been in the past.
Any idea's?

now i know this may sound whack you still have the little bearing assy from the old idler pulley? what are the chances of having a machine shop make one and press the bearing assy in? when in doubt gotta make one or did the bearing go south yonder?

Yeah, the bearings failed and then in turn the pulley seized and broke. If all fails on finding an exact sized replacement, I'll just fit a bigger pulley and increase the belt size accordingly.
