What it takes...

What would I have to do to supercharge a '97 V6 LX? Would I be able to use a stock kit off an SC (with obvious manifold changes)?

Get everything off an SC. Including the bottom end and computer and wiring harness. Or just buy an SC and put the 97 nose on it. Either way it would definitely be in your interest to have an SC parts car to use for this swap.
