Do Mustang sway bar links work on our birds?

I need new sway bar links and I saw in a Mustang magazine that late model restoration makes sway bar links for 79-04 Mustangs for 20 bucks and I wasn't sure if they were compatible or not. Also would this be a hard job to do myself? I also had a rear sway bar break and I was wondering what would be the best/cheapest one to get and where. One more thing, I need new IRS mounts and bushings and I don't know where to find those either. Thanks for any help that anymore can give me. I appreciate it.

Nope, completely different part. The job would not be hard; check rockauto.com for parts. There is a 5% discount code thread here as well.
