I am driving a 94 Supercoupe, had it for several years and have never done any work on the suspension. I don't think the auto ride works because i have a very firm ride. Don't have a clue how the auto ride system works and don't know where to start.
This is just a suggestion, but before I started diving into the autoride system I would check to make sure the suspension mechanicals are in good shape. Upper ball joints are notorious for failing on these cars.
Get the suspension perfect and then see if it feels too rough.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the autoride simply change the dampening in the shocks?
But just my .02.
