Strut rod bushing...

Well I just finished my tie rods, end links, and UCA's about a month ago. Well now (because I spent money to get it aligned) my strut rod bushings are shot. Yes i know I should have checked them while I was in there but the fact is, I didn't. I was just wondering, if I change the bushings at the arm and the frame, will i need a new alignment? Or if I put everything back exactly how it was should it be okay? Keep in mind that I am young and still learning about cars, so while this may be a stupid question to you, it is still a good one to me.

I love my V8, but I'd love it more if all 8 cylinders worked. (they do now)

Well I have a 6k mile guarantee on the alignment so maybe ill try to sneak it past them and tell them I hit a curb.
