A lot of this depends on if you have a shop that's willing to install customer-provided parts. If you have to purchase the parts through the shop doing the work, then you're going to pay twice as much for them.
If you can buy the parts on your own, you're looking at $250-300 for the LCAs (front and rear) and rear end links, depending on if you go MOOG or OEM.
What do you mean when you say "rest of the front suspension"? New UCAs would tack on another $120-140 in parts, but if you're thinking shocks/springs, etc, you'll be looking at a lot more.
Labor rates are so varied, and the estimated time to complete the job also varies depending on where you go, so trying to give an accurate estimate for labor is a crapshoot. Your best bet is going to be to call a few places and see what they would want for the work.
