Lincoln Mark VII guy here...

I have an '86 Lincoln Mark VII LSC and I want to do a spindle/hub swap. There is a 95 mustang at the junkyard that i can pull everything off of, everything from the ball joint to the strut....

My question is this: Is the spindle going to fit my factory ball joint? and will the spindle bolt up to my strut? if the answers are yes, which im about 85% SURE of, I can spindle swap my car to have the new hubs.

See, I have a nice set of Bullitts from an '04 Mustang that I am bolting up to my LSC, but the older style front rotor wont allow my front rims to fully seat, so i have 3/16" spacers on each side. I want to eliminate the spacers, and upgrade my hub/wheel bearings at once.

Those Mark VII's are nice cars. My wife had an 85 base and an still has an 88 LSC, Personally I'd be saving up for a coil spring swap.
I'll post a couple links for you to check out. If linking to a differant forum isn't proper etiquette, than I ask that the mods please delete and inform me never to do it again.

Fox body

I don't think so

The Mustang changed in 92-93 I think. Later might not work on earlier foxes.

And Yes, This should be in Suspension!!!

thanks for the move, i apologize. i was in the 5L/5.8L forum asking about deleting my EGR system, and just posted a new thread, i never even thought about the suspension forum. this is the only forum that ive found that has any info what-so-ever. i went to lincoln forums, and they shunned me for wanting to modify anything on my LSC. total snooty jerks, they were. i like it here and ill be more mindful in the future.

also, if you guys have any info on popular things that can be adapted to my Fox Mark VII, id GREATLY appreciate it.
