Rear bearing lube question

Hello everyone. I'm in the process of converting the rear drums to discs.

In examining the bearing, I see oozing of lubricant around bearing and am replacing it.

The new SKF unit looks to be a sealed unit. The Haynes/Chilton books don't mention whether any lube should be added post the pressing in of the bearing.

Any thoughts/suggestions here?

If you're asking about the wheel bearings that are pressed into the knuckles, then no, you don't need to lube them.

Thanks, for the response. That definitely reaffirms my thinking.

The old donor spindles and bearings were leaking as it appeared were mine. Definitely time for a replacement.
