Raybestos? Deeza? Thoughts and experiences anyone?

So in the last of my stabilization and past 99,990 (yes that's the odometer), the front end suspension is saying "my turn for attention".

It's going to be the tie rod ends, control arms (upper and lower) and front sway bar end links. Also considering the all-in-one assembled coil spring and shock.

I've noticed on Rockauto a few new options and was curious what people's experiences or thoughts have been.

1. Raybestos professional grade. Seem beefier in size with greasable zerk fittings for most parts. Curious on impressions here vs. standard vs Moog

2. Deeza for the Sway bar end links (front) and newly seen, the tie rod ends. Deeza is advertising the tie rod ends as an improved design of the metal, ball joint, and a more leak proof boot.

Then the stretch buy consideration of the all-in-one preassembled Monroe or Raybestos shock with spring, seats, etc already assembled.

Curious on others impressions on the above as I saw previous threads for use of Deeza and Raybestos used on the sway bar end links. Curious the thoughts on the others.

Autozone carries swaybar endlinks marked as Dana Corp but inside the box the endlinks were marked with a made in Canada sticker and trw stamp. Just something to check out since trw was oem. I currently run moog upper and lower arms, factory tie rod ends with energy suspension boots, Dana/trw endlinks, tokico 1.25" drop springs, and tokico shocks up front but I will be switching to Raybestos upper and lower control arms (not the service grade) and raybestos or deeza endlinks when the time comes to do it again. I hear decent things about the Monroe quick shock setup also, but I have no hands on experience with them.

Go moog, motorcraft or trw. They're the best, tried and true.

I love my V8, but I'd love it more if all 8 cylinders worked. (they do now)

My T-bird is like George Jetson's wife, you try to give her a little money, she takes the whole wallet.

Moog - TRW - MotorCraft. There's only one place you can go wrong with that, and that's the frame to strut rod bushing set, which MUST be Ford from the dealer (check the threads for the part numbers.)

I'll add that the AC Delco parts I've used have all been VERY well built (mostly bushings in the back - hey, when Moog doesn't have it in stock ANYWHERE in the USA, you try what you can find that you feel comfortable with, eh?)

But to be safe, MTM is all you should buy.

I have raybestos LCA's, UCA's and endlinks in the front and they all are still working well over a year later.

These are the raybestos premium/spicer pro line units compared to the factory or moog design. I like the overall beefiness to them, but I see no problem with any quality arm. Just avoid the ebay and autozone junk.

Here's the TRW/Dana corp endlinks I'm currently using, with the poly tie rod dust boots pictured also, along with my polyurethane rear spring insulators.

I see little mention of this, so I think I ought to toss this in.

Raybestos has TWO levels of most parts - service grade, which seems to be "Hey, Louie chewed up some sheet metal and puked these out" quality, and professional grade, which is as good as anyone else's.

Just be VERY careful not to get "service grade" unless your mother in law is getting the car, then keep you, the wife, and the kids away from it

Thanks all for the feedback.

I agree with the "service grade" on the Raybestos after seeing them next to the professional grade items.

I've got some good advice here to now go pursue.
