Just some noises

So I've searched and read through the forums but nothing has gave me the information I need. Basically when I got over any Grove or bump u feel it and hear it. The whole car goes boom boom even the rear. I've replaced the upper and lower control arms and the bushing that goes in the hole of the control arm when new sorry I don't know what it's called. My question is would this be a bushing or the struts and spring just being so old that their not absorbing The blow. I Know that the bushings need to be replaced but I'm on a budget and would like this feeling of the car sounding like it's going to fall apart over ever little bump. Thank you guys for any insight
