Front strut bars available?

What, if any front strut braces are available for the 4.6? The only one ive seen is on super coupe performance but its been on backorder for quite some time. Is there anything else that would work?

I ran one for about two years and then sold it to some guy in Nevada. I couldn't tell that it made any difference.

Mods? Yea, I got mods ...
