Strut mount bearing plates

i got a ford part number for some "spring isolaters" (spelling I know) from someone on here. They go at the top of the towers where the spring seats. I got some from monroe and my question is, I saw someone post here that these should all be replace if doing all four springs, do you need them for the rear or not? My order just came with ones for the front. thanks for any help you might have to offer.

There are rubber pads in the rear. They're different than for the front struts. I just replaced both the front and rear. If you decide to replace the pads in the rear they are about $15 each from your ford dealer but you'll need four of 'em.

Or they're like $8 or $9 each from Dan Newman for members!
