Removing front sway bar

Ok. I am trying to intall my sway bat, and cannot seem to get the stock off. The problem is in the sway bar end links. How do I get them off the car? I tried hitting them with a hammer, with no forward progress. Help would be appreciated.

Everyday of my life is a constant fight, between wrong and right.

When there is no grass on the field, go around back and play in the mud.

What do you mean? The front sway bar just unhooks and drops right out in like 2 min....LOLLOLOLOLOL

Seriously, check out the tech section of this site for bar related articles.

I just replaced my endlinks. What you need is a ball joint seperator/removal tool. You can get a loaner from Autozone.

It looks like a tuning fork. You slip it between the sway bar and the endlinks and then pound the %^%& out of it and pry the links from the sway bar.

That is the hardest part of the job.
