Anyone ever backhalved a car before??

Well, I'm about to start on one. I've got the frame kit and 12 point cage so far. 9 inch rear and 4 link are on the way. Tire size going under it is 32x14x15. I've been reading up on it, and being a suspension guy, I've done about everything else, so it's about time to cut one up. I'm not going to cut up my MN12 Yet, but if this one goes well, I may do it to the Cougar just to be different.

Well, this is what I have so far. The Jegster chassis kit with 12 point cage for $569. I'm probably going to order the 4 link suspension kit for $250 next week, and soon after, the coil over kit. It doesn't seem like it's going to be too bad, actually, I was looking at the pieces, and they are already notched and ready to be welded. I probably won't start on it until this fall, because of a trip I'm taking to Washington for the next 3 months, just gathering parts right now.

BTW, the kit doesn't come with the front k-member as shown in the pic, it's an extra 450.00

Yeah, the Vega is a much smaller chassis than the Nova.
