I took mine to a local Midas Muffler shop, and paid the guy $20 to loosen them.

If you can get the car in the air high enough, a 3ft. lg breaker bar on a 1/2" drive 30mm socket bit will do the trick.

I used a crescent with a pipe on the flat and a breaker bar with a pipe on the nut and it took two people.

The nut is the easy part, wait till you try and get the bolt out.

What you could do, is go to a shop and have them loosen the nut, remove the bolt, clean up the bolt, and have them put everything back together. Repeat for the other side.

It took an air-hammer/chisel to get those bolts out of my car when we did the springs this spring.

I just used a 30mm wrench, and a lot of muscle. Well, I had to cheat and use my feet to get them to break loose
