Mark VIII Air Ride

A friend of mine has a Mark VIII that he just bought and the air ride system is messed up. we are not sure what the problem is, here is a description. the front of the car sits low as it if there is no air in the front bags, and the back is jaked up all the way. if there is any info on how to fix this problem could someone lead me to it. also i don't believe any of the different ride settings change the way it sits.

The markvii.org advice is good... Sounds like leaky front bags and a dead compressor from neglecting the leak. Americanairsuspension.com is another god place to look, there's a troubleshooting page.
