Do they still make Sport/SC springs for the rear?

I did a search, and didnt find what i wanted. I saw that ford doesnt make sport shocks for the rear anymore, but do they make the springs? Also, on that note, my car needs suspension work, it has 88k. Car rides rough on less than perfect roads, so it probably needs new shocks. Clunking from the rear, from U-joints i think. I dont kno bout the balljoints, i sat on the front of the car and shaked it, and there was no noise from the front. No clunking when i turn, but i can hear my interior panels make noise when i drive which is terribly annoying. Any suggestions?
