easiest way to replace rear springs

ok just wondering, im gonna tackle this next week at work ( i have acess to a lift) so how do i go about pulling out the rear springs to put new ones in?

the front ones are pretty self explanitory, 3 top nuts, and lower bolt, btw, i do have new shocks all around so i dont have to worry about saving the old ones
