isolator bushings

i have recently pulled out my complete irs suspension in the back and while its out i will be changing gears and putting in new bushings and making it like new,but i was wondering how to get the subframe isolator bushings out becuase i want to replace those too.they look like they are pressed in,is there a special tool needed to get them out.if anyone has changed these whats the easiest way to get them out. thanks
