Suspension Hardware ?

I'm getting ready to rebuild the front suspension. While going through the Manual on CD, I noticed it said that the pinch bolts for te upper balljoint is not reusable. It also said to install new mount bolts.

Does the new one come with the bolts?
What about the control arm mounting bolts?
I also found a CAM & BOLT kit; Moog k8521. Is this needed?
I've also read that the Strut Rod to LCA (moog k8680) are thermoplastic and fail easily. What's my other choices?

Any other pieces of hardware I need to know about?

I've searched and searched and can't get an answer.

Thanks in advance,
Rob

If you order the Moog parts, it comes with a new pinch bolt, but not the mounting bolts. I don't know if you can reuse the mounting bolts or not. I'm not going to because mine got pretty stripped trying to get them out.
