Intrax Lowering springs

I was wondering how good Intrax springs are. Can I use my stock shocks with them. And if I were to upgrade my shocks which ones should I get with these springs. I thought about the eibach kit but it cost ALOT and is only a 1.5" drop. I also saw a drop zone kit for $89. Is that kit junk?
