Which Springs and Shocks!

I want to put lowering springs and new Shocks on my car, I want my car to sit low without chopping the springs at all! What Shocks and springs would you recommend?

i'm looking to do the same thing. Well I'm gona leave my sport shocks on there and just put probably Intrax lowering springs one.

From what I've read, The intrax spings will lower your car around .5inches more than the Eibach set. And the intrax and cheaper.

Those are 96-97 T bird with sport suspension front shocks. part # 3U2Z-18125-CB about $85 retail each.
Rears are 03 Cobra Convertible shocks. part # 2R3Z-18125-BA about $ 102 retail each.
Will need a hardware (bushing) kit for the rear shocks. part # XR3Z-18198-AA about $7 each.
