Wheel Bearing

OK I have my buddy rebuilting my rear end.
I've bought cv shafts, rotors, new hubs, wheel bearing, trac loc set up with 3.73's and brakes as well as a control arm bushing. Anyway's he had all it ready to go takes a test drive and the wheel bearing just crap out. The C clips are good. I wanted to know if anyone has had a probleam with wheel bearing. I running out of things to replace. And I still have the same probleam my wheel has way to much play. This has been a long running probleam with my car.
The Axles bearing were replace, as well as the differnt was overhauled. I can't think of my car keeps killing the wheel bearing. Please help me out my car been in the shop for about 2 weeks.

You are not getting the nut torqued enough. I have seen this many times you really have to torque the nut down.

Another possibililty is that the hole the bearing sets in has been worn out of round by the bad bearings.

so even new bearing wouldnt work well for much time.

The hub's are new so it can't be the hole the bearing goes into.
I'll ask on the other I just really want my car back.
