How hard is it to change...

The rear shocks, the upper and lower control arm bushings, the differential bushing, the transmission outer crossmember bushing, rack and and pinion mounting bushing. I have this list of parts coming from supercoupeperformance.com and I am wondering how much of it can I do on my own. I rent tools that I can from autozone and I will buy anything else. Is there anything more special that I should need to do any of this, btw I have a buddy to help too, because sometimes you need an extra set of hands. The car is rust free and all the nuts and bolts come off easy. So should I proceed with doing this myself? I've done some reading in the manual and the mn12 site that still has the pictures and articles but no longer sells anything. However Id like to hear whats the toughest thing to do and maybe leave to pros.

Rear shocks - easy
upper control arms and lower control arms - front easy (but easier to just replace the entire arm)
upper control arms and lower control arms - rear I don't know
differential bushing - don't know, but looks easy. I just got a new rear diff and looking at what I need to do, seems easy.
tranny crossmember bushing - don't know
R&P mount - don't know, I replaced the entire rack and that wasn't too bad.

If doing the front UCA and LCA, then a pitman arm puller is the best tool you can have. I bought a cheapo one from Harbor Freight and I have done two complete front ends (and a partial one) on my two Cougars and it was the only way to go.

I am a complete newb and I did the upper control arms with this guide:

It was pretty easy. Thanks to white lincoln for those guides, it definitely helped me out.

The tranny crossmember bushings are easy as well. Unbolt the trans mount nut and support the trans, then unbolt the crossmember and manuever it out of there. The old bushings need to be pressed out and the crossmember cleaned of all the old bushing material, then press the new one in. You might want to have a shop do it for a couple bucks.
