Block refresh? Dallas Area

Hey Guys help would be needed.

I am needing to rebuild my engine and need to get machine work done to it.
This is what I have found:

"We can completely rebuild the short block for $750.00.
That price includes:

Block stuff:thermal block cleaning, precision honing, and new core plugs.

Parts: New pistons, piston rings, rod bearings, main bearings, and oil pump.

Crankshaft: the crankshaft will be precision machined.

Connecting rods: will be measured for abnormal wear. And, if you have some
extras that would be great.

The short block will be ready for the cylinder heads."

Does anyone know of a cheaper place in the Dallas area?

$1200 doesn't quite fit the criteria previously stated...
