I don't get off work until around 8 PM but I might try and make it out, and if the weather is going to be nice I might even run my car. I guess I can load everthing tonight and leave straight from work.

I'm planning on being there when the gates open at 5pm.
It all depends on how soon I can slip away from work.

Have you done anything else to the car since the 12.28 pass, or are you relying on colder weather for a decrease in time

I worked on binding brake calipers-the pads have been dragging on the rotors terribly since I swapped over to the PBR 'Stang setup. Hopefully-it'll free up some parasitic drag and pick up some MPH and drop off some et.

I Wish i could be there with my blown headgasket 97. I would run it in a minute just as broke as it is. I'd probably be lucky if I madr the full 1320 but what a blast it would be to run down the track. I have NEVER raced on the strip. I've built a 1 1986 MUSTANG BURBUJA.(if you know what that car is ill give you $25 cash.....no joke...No you don't understand I AM NOT JOKING I will give you $25 CASH. If you can tell me what that is[ I've only had to pay out once in the last year]). a 98 jetta 2 liter(my toying with the euros...found out i like american better no torque in those piddly 4 bangers and impessible to put power down unless your a suspension engineer) and a mid-14 second 92 lincoln mark VII LSC special edition ALL BLACK It faded into the shdows at night, almost invisible....NEVER GOT A SPEEDING TICKET!(not like I speed nor do I support speeding on public roadways). It was my NAVY baby. (the most beautiful automobile i have ever seen....Moreso than Chris' or sir williams birds [ but exquisite autos none the less.) that Lincoln is what got me into T-birds. There is nothing better than a 2 ton 2 door q-ship that can carry your crew[if you want the crew] and will keep up with a equal era 3 series in the twisties ( new one of you take alot of care with building the suspesion).
Damn I love the mn-12.

What kinda times are you guys pulling? I saw that you are expecting mid 12's just playing with it at HRP tonite johnny. thats amazing!

I cant wait till tomarrow when i can meet y'all. I'm looking forward to learning something or 2. AND continue ownership of one of the best cars on the road.(Just opinion of course)

It is exactly the same as the Capri. Just sold in Mexico under the name burbuja. They came very mixed up between the front ends, some had the proper 4 light pointy nose fox mustang front with the bubble hatch and some came as the Mercury Capri here.

Well,I need a new FPR-I chased the fuel pressure around all night-it wouldn't stay the same from run to run.
Best pass was a [email protected] with a 1.68 60'.

Just got back.

Bubble car eh?

Ran pretty good. Little to no traction. Which is interesting since the car never spins. It did tonight, bad. 15.98

Met a new guy with a SC, didn't get to see him run but one of the guys with him asked if I was the Rojo, no no I said. Black. Oh slipping..... Si.

My second run was a bit better. Still a little spin off the line. 1-2 spin. 14.76

Good to finally meet you Johnny.

Nice times Rodney, sorry I didn't make it out but it was almost 8:30 when I got off work and just didn't feel like rushing around that much. On a side note are youand Lisa going to make it out tomorrow night?

We can only have the sitter for one night and we are going to concert on Sunday. So no, I don't think we can.

Would Love to. If we didn't have plans Sunday night.

And Thanks. The amount of cars there would have frustrated you. It was nuts.
