Looking to buy a winter home in Cape Coral...Help

Hi,

Looking for a winter home and I am told the Cape Coral area is nice. Any info would be much appreciated. Or maybe nearby areas. Seems like a good time to buy a home down there.

Cape Coral, highest amount of forclosures in the state. Around 40%.
And they have monitor lizards running around. Go there first to see.

Very nice explained. And I was over there only a few times for Work.
Naples may be a nice Joice just for the fact of > able to avoid some traffic, activity's, Shops, Night Life, Central location to reach all surrounding in no Time.
Naples is a nice and clean small Town with friendly people.

If you want nice and quiet in Florida you'll have to go out into Cattle / Orange Grove country. Pretty much down the middle of the state. If you don't mind the orange pickers.

Placida, Engelwood, Rotonda or anywhere on Cape Haze is not bad. Some areas are cheap and some are pricey.

I have to pull a Invoice to be exact about where i went to do a install in this area. Is very Nice but still not very Central. On a note, when I went this way I was looking for a Black T-Bird sitting in a Driveway. LOL
Y'll you know how long ago this was AL.
