Feb 3rd mini-meat

mini-meat because it's all about the food

Friday, February 3rd. Is the day.
Moroso Motorsports park is the place to race.
??????? is the restaurant and ??? is the time. < this seems to be the hardest part

We can either meet at the track, restaurant or somewhere else? I suppose if enough want to race we should go there first and get in some runs before the ricers jam it up.

Track Info: http://www.morosomotorsportspark.com...te/Default.asp
17047 Beeline Hwy. Jupiter, FL 33478

• Longtitude: 80* 19.7 Min West.
• Latitude: 26* 54.5 Min North.
• 23Ft Above Sea Level If it doesn't rain a lot.
• The Drag Strip is 1/4 mile asphalt with a 330ft concrete launch pad.
• The dragstrip shut area off is 2,401’ with 2 turnoffs
• The timing system is Compulink and there are permanent restrooms and gas pumps on site.
• Rescue on site: Every event has emergency rescue services
< heh

Gates open 6pm to 11pm. It is $15 to Test & Tune or $13 to watch. Children under 12 are free.

Well, now it looks like I have some incentive to get the marauder converter in my car quickly. even though the 'bird is now my wife's car!!

the trans is being pulled soon to replace the freeze plugs back there and I figured it's the perfect time to put in the new TC. I will have the TC and flywheel mid next week and will get it to the shop ASAP to get it done!

so we'll see what the car can do on 2/3! Maybe I'll take it there sometime very soon to get a baseline and see what difference it makes by just changing the converter.

I take it you mean meeting up for Test and Tune at Moroso?I may be able to make it for that.It is about 1 1/2 hour drive for me so I don't think I can meet up for food beforehand(damn work always getting in the way of my personal life!),but I can meet you all at the track.I want to run the car a few more times before I swap the motors to get a good baseline.I might be down for going out afterwards, just depends on how late we stay at the track.

Yea, test & tune. Most likely we'll head to the track first and have food after. That seems to be the way it's usually done.

Probably the F-150 Quad Cab.

I don't want to risk coming in the bird (In its current "reconditioning" state) and it's not worth it to come in a Honda. F-150 it is!
