Block swap help needed...soon!

As most of you guys know, my block is done...D*U*N. I am having a forged shortblock being made for me as I type this. I will be starting removal of my current engine next weekend (April 30th) and will be getting the car prepped for the new powerplant...including guages, vortech oil lines, etc. Any help from the NC guys would be greatly appreciated. I plan on taking my time in this since a fellow NC member is loaning me a car (thanx Aaron). Plan on dropping in the new long block on or around the 6th or so of may. I can't pay ya (sorry), but I can provide food and a place to sleep...Thanx in advance for those who will help me.

Shane

Ah.. Can civilians get on those? Now the only issue would be whether or not they have one going that way in time.

man shane I would love to help but I can't afford to not work. I have a 500 dollar trip coming up this summer to visit the school I wanna go to... Daytona Beach is going to be expensive. Plus if you are doing it this weekend... I'm going to TN to watch thunder Valley NHRA Nationals. If I could spare the hours at work man I would gladly come over. Besides I'd make it more rough. I would probably mess everything up ROFL and ask alot of stupid as questions. I have no knowledge of engine rebuilding... I just think it would be a great learning experience and help out when I could. but I live like 350 miles from you man LOL you really wanna pay for me to drive all the way out there? Thats generous but I don't think its a sound investment.

oh yeah and call me Kyle... not the guy from Asheville
