Well in the snow today i noticed when I was spinning out on a hill the car would click with the traction control on, and wouldnt with the Traction Control off. Is this normal?
What do you mean by the car would "click" with the traction control on? Are you referring to the sound of the brakes being rapidly pumped by the PCM? If so, that is normal; some cars pump the brakes rapidly (much faster than humanly possible), to help control wheel spin.
Yup, the "click" (I prefer to describe it as a crackling) is the ABS pump cycling the rear brakes. If you hear it doing that, one of your rear wheels is spinning so let off the throttle and allow yourself to regain traction.
