Putting Cat back in use

Due to a variety of reasons, haven't driven my Cat more than once (only for a few miles) during last 5 months. Battery died during that time, so I replaced it. Anything I need to do before putting car back in regular use? Or can I just fire it up and go? Thanks.

See how it runs first. Does it idle high or rough? I would just let it idle until it got to normal operating temps before driving around too much.

I love my V8, but I'd love it more if all 8 cylinders worked. (they do now)

My T-bird is like George Jetson's wife, you try to give her a little money, she takes the whole wallet.
