i've got a wierd vibration at 70 mph

it's strange it slowly builds up for about 2 seconds then goes away for 2 seconds and just keeps cycling. Any thoughts?

My car had a similar vibration. Tried several fixes but eventually replacing the universal joints was what fixed it.
