Need help with clock spring

Hi, I am trying to figure out where a small connector goes for my clock spring. The vehicle is a 97 crown victoria, I have struck out looking for crown vic specific tech so hoping you guys might be able to help.

I am holding the connector in this pic.

That goes in the lock cylinder. It's there to detect whether the key is inserted so the "door open, key in ignition, engine off" or "key not in ignition, lights on" chime works.
