Need help w/ cooling system

My Bird was stored for a couple years and after a lot of fuel system and brake system repairs I was able to drive it home from shop. However I learned I have no AC and cooling fan doesn't run at all unless I unplug the temp sensor. Tried replacing the relay pack and no change. Could this be a bad fan?

If the vehicle wasn't stored in a sealed area, check for rodent chewed wiring.

Do you realize you were just passed by a NASCAR? I didn't think so.

Unplugging the temp sensor should default the fan to high speed always on. That temp sensor is bad. The relay is good because the fan does come on.
