A. Blunt Lead 1: just tap that into the most accessible circuit R/LG (16) circuit, since the power distributioon box is underhood I'd tap it there
C. Blunt Lead 3: I assume "non-PCM controlled starting" means regular key start rather than pushbutton/keyless start? The circuit in our cars runs from the ignition switch, to the MLPS(or clutch switch on 5 speed SCs) and turns into a white/pink wire that runs to the starter solenoid, so assuming "non-PCM controlled starting" does mean regular key start you should be able to omit it. It seems that the PCM is to apply the voltage to trigger the solenoid rather than the switch, or you can have an either/or scenario and just splice it in-line(if you retrofitted the remote/button) .
