Passenger window connection?

Im slowly stripping unnecessary weight from my car and removed the door panels. I unhooked the window and lock buttons on passenger side since I can control it from drivers side. The passenger window wont roll down from drivers side now. Do I have to plug the passenger side buttons back in to roll window down from drivers side?

That, or bypass it; look at page 100-1 in the EVTM.
