Floor Shifter not lining up

Hey guys,

Hopefully someone has had this issue and how to fix it. My floor shifter is no longer lining up with the bezel, when I am in Drive it shows that I am in Neutral......The car still shifts fine and it does not seem loose, but I am trying to figure out why it moved or no longer lines up properly ????

Oh and my OD button quit working too...related ??

Would appreciate any words of wisdom

Have you removed the bezel recently?
